ENTERTAINER WOODCUTTER

Job description AXE MASTER

The Axe Master will ensure that guests are trained properly on throwing technique and maintain the safety and integrity of the throwing lanes as well as going over games to play during the session. This position has an age requirement of 18 years old.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in: 
    • Flemish and English for Antwerp
    • French and English +1 for Flemish for Brussels
    • German and English for Germany

  • Axe Masters possess stellar public communication skills and the ability to engage large groups of people.
  • You are upbeat, outgoing, professional and well spoken. You are comfortable speaking on the phone and through email communication.
  • You enjoy engaging with guests and being creative. You are able to create an environment that breaths fun.
  • You possess strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. You are motivated and driven.

Job Responsibilities for an Axe Master may include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct a Safety Briefing and/or Axe Throwing Technique Training. 
  • Get guests excited, energized and ready to have a great time!
  • Engages with each guest throughout session to ensure a personalized service is provided. 
  • Anticipates and interprets the needs of the guests. 
  • Prepare personalized event details (birthday parties, corporate events). 
  • Supports the execution of internal and external promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintains regular contact and communication via phone and email with the management team and the customer service team.
  • Must be able to use power tools and change out boards in a timely manner. 
  • You have a flexible schedule and are available on weekends and weekday evenings.

Job description BACK OFFICE MANAGER

As a back office executive, you will be reporting to the back office manager and assisting with various administrative duties. This includes Mail answering, Event management, Client requests, data management, project processing, finances, and administrative duties. But not only because you would be also train as an Axe Master to welcome clients and teach them the sbtle art of Axe Throwing.

  • Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
  • Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
  • Assisting the Front Office team.

Your main mission will be to guide our Axe Masters and ensure that the atmosphere is filled with positive energy. You will lead and support our talented team of Axe Masters, ensuring they provide top-notch coaching and customer service. From welcoming guests to managing upcoming training sessions and coordinating axe-throwing sessions, you will be the driving force behind the harmony in our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operations and an exciting atmosphere in our establishment.
  • Guide and support the Axe Masters in carrying out their responsibilities.
  • Provide exceptional coaching and customer service to guests.
  • Welcome guests and manage upcoming training sessions.
  • Coordinate axe-throwing sessions and ensure their smooth execution.
  • Create an entertaining and engaging atmosphere for our guests.
  • Manage internal and external promotion activities and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain regular communication with the management team and customer service team.
  • Utilize power tools and change throwing boards quickly and efficiently.
  • Have a flexible schedule and be available on weekends and weekday evenings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

  • Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
