Cancellation

We get it - things happen. But given the nature of our service and the size of our business, we generally do not offer refunds, just like any other recreational activity. We will however try to find solutions for any changes in your plans if you give us a heads-up of at least 48 hours before your booking, preferably via email. We would love to be more flexible with this, but we have too often ended up with empty lanes other groups would have been thankful to have.

Alcohol

Woodcutter is licensed to serve alcohol to our guests, subject to house rules for consumption. Outside beverages aren’t permitted and intoxicated arrivals will be asked to leave.

Attire

This is all common sense, but we have to say it here anyway: closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Sandals and flip flops are not permitted. Cos like: axes. We also don't recommend high heels (unless you want to throw them like an axe). We suggest a comfortable, loose-fitting top that won`t restrict arm or upper body movement. Unless you want to tear through your tight work shirt when you chuck an axe. That’s up to you.
